Yes.  Once you have completed and submitted your order an e-mail confirmation will go to the user's e-mail confirming the order.  If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service team by e-mail or telephone.

Yes.  You can view all previous orders when logged into your account.

Pro-Optics accepts all major forms of payment including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, and GPay.  Please be aware that your entire order, including freight, will be charged at the time of checkout.   There may be times when a product is backordered.  You will be billed for the backordered product at the time of checkout and the product will be shipped out when it becomes available.

No.  Pro-Optics is a manufacturer of Optical Accessories and Ophthalmic Products.   We do not sell or service eyeglass frames, lenses, or contact lenses.

Pro-Optics makes every effort to ship non-custom, in-stock items the same day if ordered by 3:00 p.m. (CST). 

All products are guaranteed to be free of any defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Claims for damages and shortages must be within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Authorized approval and an RMA# issued by Pro-Optics are requested prior to the return of any products.  Please also include a copy of the original packing slip to ensure proper credit.  Any returned product must be in re-saleable condition and be in its original packaging for complete credit.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns such as cancelled orders or incorrect merchandise ordered.  Additional handling fees may apply if proper documentation is not provided with the return. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges allowed after 60 days of receiving date. 

Personalized, discontinued, or product returned to that is more than one year old will not be accepted for credit. Products that have been opened or partially used will not be eligible for return.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All products returned to Seller due to refusal of acceptance by Buyer, without Seller's authorization, will be subject to a 25% restocking and transportation charge.
